Location: Super central – within walking distance of the TU Delft library, train station, and cozy cafés
Rent: €450 per month including gas, water, electricity, and internet
Size: 11 m²
Furnishing: Furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and mattress (if desired); can also be unfurnished upon request
Facilities: Shared kitchen (with 8 housemates), bathroom (with 4), washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher available
Housemates: 7 female students
Availability: From July 1st to September 1st

The house is a classic student home, and we are looking for a subtenant for the summer months.
