About the place

We are a student house consisting of 14  boys, right in the centre of Delft. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. 

We are looking for a person in our house who likes to do his or her own thing, furthermore we have no criteria that our subtenant has to meet. The room will be largely furnished (any questions about this can be asked!). 

Finally, the room will be available from 6 January until mid-August. To create room for ourselves when looking for a new subtenant in case someone suddenly leaves, we use twice the monthly rent as a deposit.
