About the place

We live in a student house with a total of 16 guys, split across two connected buildings. Each house has four floors. The room is located at the back of the second floor of number 45, which means you’ll barely hear any noise from the common areas.

The shared kitchen is on the ground floor of house, and we also have a common TV room where we hang out together.

In addition, we have a large backyard where our house cat roams freely. 

The room comes fully furnished with my belongings, including a bed with duvet and bed linen, a desk, an office chair, and wardrobes. You’ll also have your own key to lock the room.

The rental period can potentially be extended, as I am currently in Mexico for my master’s degree and may not return to live in the student house afterwards.
