About the place

From June 22nd to September 8th, a room will be available in our cozy student house located on the Schie, right in the center of Delft. The room is approximately 18 m², with 12 m² of indoor space and a 6 m² attic. It’s located on the top floor (3rd floor) and comes partially furnished, there’s a wardrobe, but you’ll need to bring your own bed.

You’ll be living with 15 housemates in a spacious, character-filled old house. The vibe is friendly but relatively quiet in summer. We share everything: a kitchen, living room, TV area, bathroom, and a large garden — complete with a jacuzzi! The house is also equipped with fast internet, a washing machine, and our beloved house cat, Pablo.

The location is ideal: just an 8-minute walk from Delft Central Station, with several bus stops nearby. Jumbo and Albert Heijn supermarkets are within a 5-minute walking distance.

Rent is €450 per month, plus €80 in utilities (gas, water, electricity, internet). A €200 deposit is required. 

We’re open to anyone — male, female, student or working — for this temporary stay. Smoking is not allowed in the room, but is permitted in the garden. If you're looking for a place to stay in Delft this summer for an internship, work, or study, this might be perfect for you.
