About the place

I'm renting out my room in a student house in Delft while I go on exchange to Stockholm for half a year. The room is located on the quiet top floor (attic) of a student house at Noordeinde 13, right in the center of Delft. You'll be living with 11 other Dutch guys aged between 18 and 23. Everyone has their own room, and we share a large, well-equipped kitchen, living room and garden where we often cook, eat, and hang out together.

The room itself is peaceful and cozy, ideal for studying or relaxing. Despite being in the heart of the city, the attic location offers some quiet and privacy when you need it.

I'm looking for someone to sublet the room from 25th of august to beginning of feb.

Bonus: Since I’ll be studying in Stockholm during this time, I’d be happy to do a room swap if you're based there and looking to live in the Netherlands temporarily. Let me know if that could be an option!
