Hi, hoi, hola!

A permanent room will be available from the 11th of July in our lovely shared apartment right in the centre of Delft! The room is bright, comfortable, and ideal for someone looking for a long-term place to call home. There is furnishing available that can be bought over from our previous flatmate depending on your preference – we will message details if you’re interested! 

The apartment is very spacious and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen, a clean shared bathroom, and a cozy common area. We have great Wi-Fi and all the usual amenities. You’ll be living with friendly and respectful flatmates who enjoy a clean and relaxed home environment – both are students, one currently in their final masters year (Scottish) and the other who has just begun their PHD (Dutch). Both are always happy to help with anything and often spend nights together cooking or watching something on the projector.

Located in a quiet and convenient area, the flat is close to the train station, Jumbo, cafes, and Delftse Hout, making it a perfect location to get around whether you're working or studying.

Rent is €692 per month all included, with utilities shared among housemates equally. We’re ideally looking for someone who is sociable, easy-going, tidy, and interested in staying long-term. If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to reach out to arrange a viewing or ask any questions!
