Student room available in a charming, welcoming, and cozy student house located on Menno ter Braaklaan in Delft.
The house is easily accessible by public transport. Supermarkets and shops are within walking distance (about 5–10 minutes).
Please note: the room is unfurnished. There is flooring, but no bed, desk, or wardrobe. However, furniture is easy to find locally — IKEA Delft is a great option, and you can also pick up accessories nearby at the De Hoven shopping center (5–10 minutes on foot).
The apartment includes a shared living room, a kitchen with an oven and induction stove, a bathroom with toilet, a washing machine & dryer, a separate toilet, and a balcony (accessible via housemates).
