About the place

1 room is available at the Menno ter Braaklaan flat in de Hoven area south of Delft. The room is 9m2 with south-facing windows looking out over the balcony. The apartment has a large, bright living room with a large table, comfy couches, and an amazing projector. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Albert Heijn and Jumbo, with many shops nearby. A 10 min bike to TU Delft and the central train station. 

I (Owain, 28) am a recent TU graduate from the USA with a part-time job and Nick (30) is a current PhD student. We are looking for a roommate who is either in a PhD or starting work. We are not looking for master's or bachelor's students.

The old tenant would like to sell his furniture since he's leaving the country. So the furniture can be taken over if you are interested. Also, the start date can be negotiated with the old tenant to be earlier in May.
