About the place

There are 2 rooms available at the Menno ter Braaklaan flat in de Hoven area south of Delft. The rooms are identical and are 9m2 with south-facing windows looking out over the balcony. The apartment is 5 min walk from Albert Heijn and Jumbo, with many shops nearby. A 10 min bike to TU Delft and the central train station. The photos attached are from the current residents who will be moving out and removing all of their furniture. The entire apartment will come empty and UNFURNISHED.

I am a recent TU graduate from the USA with a part-time job and am looking for two roommates who are either in a PhD or starting work. Not looking for master's or bachelor's students. 

A little bit about me...I am 28 years old and from the USA, and I did my master's degree in aerospace engineering at the TU in Delft. I play tennis a few times a week and enjoy cooking and having the occasional night of drinking/board games.
