About the place

I have a room available from June 15th to August 7th. It is 10 minutes by bike from TU Delft and very close to Delft Campus station. 
The room is 14 m2 on the second floor, and you have your own balcony. 
The price is 630 per month, including utilities. You have your own room; you share the shower, kitchen, and toilet with your two other housemates. 
On the ground floor, you can store your bicycle in a private, closed bicycle shed. At 5 minutes' cycling, you will find a large supermarket and shopping center, 'In de Hoven'. 
The conditions are that you are a student at TU Delft and a girl, as you will be taking over my duwo contract, and it is a shared room. If you wanna schedule a viewing, contact me!
