About the place

Dear room-seeker (m/f),

We are looking for a subtenant for our beautiful penthouse on Korvezeestraat! The sublet will be from the beginning of January (date to be discussed) until the 3rd of February.

We are a mixed chaotic mess of nine housemates, active in several associations. We also do a lot together, such as having house nights with an activity/movie every Monday, several datediners a year, and going on weekends away and parties together! Besides, we are always up for chilling on our own roof terrace!

The room that becomes available is nice and spacious, fully furnished, with a whopping 30 m^2 for ~350 euros (with rent allowance included), has its own bathroom and is within crawling distance of TU. So during lunch, you'll never be alone!
