**SUBTENANT WANTED UNTIL MID-SEPTEMBER – POSSIBILITY TO STAY LONGER!**
Dear room seekers,

We are a large, active, and double mixed-gender house with 7 women, 10 men – and hopefully you!
We're all studying different fields and are involved in various study and student associations (Toko/Zaak). In our house, we love having dinner together, hanging out for drinks, or watching a movie. We also organize fun yearly events like a Christmas dinner, HJ exam night, house party, house weekend, and regular house evenings.
There’s always someone around to have dinner with or to chill on the couch or play games at the bar afterward.

The room that’s available is about 16 m², fully furnished, and available mid-July until mid-September 2025, with the possibility to stay permanently.
The house is a 7-minute bike ride from TU Delft and within walking distance of the train station.
