🚿 *Facilities:* Shared living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 modern bathrooms and 2 toilets. Also enjoy a spacious terrace!

👫 *Roommates:* Currently occupied by 5 boys and 1 girl. We are a fully international house.

📌 *Convenience:* Centrally located - only 1 minute walk to Delft city center, close to Delft train station and within cycling distance of TU Delft. Shops, banks and supermarkets are within a radius of 200 meters.

💼 *Preference:* Preferably suitable for students or graduating students. Contractually, no Dutch people are allowed.

💰 *Price:* 640 euros per month, including utilities.

📅 *Availability:* From April 1st until end of August with possible 1 year extansion.
