About the place

The house has a communal living room with TV. A beautiful open kitchen with bar/bar stools equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, separate freezer, oven/microwave, dishwasher. Toilet available in the hall on the ground floor. On the 1st floor is the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a washing machine and dryer available for shared use.
Furthermore, a small garden at the front and a large new garden at the rear including a shed.

The street/neighborhood is quiet and tidy (Voorhof district). The ideal place to concentrate for work and/or study
Shops are nearby. TU Delft 5/10 minutes by bike. Train station, Delft campus, 5 minutes by bike.
Plenty of free parking around the house.
 
Rent includes gas, electricity, water, wireless internet, TV connection in the living room.
 


Rental price excludes 75 euros service costs per month, per room.
