I’m Tong, the landlord of this cosy and bright 3-bedroom apartment in Delft.

The place is on a higher floor with a nice open view over the city – perfect for two clean, calm and friendly tenants (students, PhDs or young professionals).

About the apartment 🏠

3 bedrooms, living room, separate kitchen, bathroom (shower + toilet), balcony
Bright living room with large windows, wooden floor, comfy sofa, dining table and TV cabinet
Practical kitchen with electric stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave and plenty of storage
Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin
Washing machine and a small storage corner
Balcony facing the city side – nice for some fresh air and a bit of sunshine

The apartment used to be the home of a family of three, so it already feels like a real home 🏡
There is a mix of existing furniture and some new IKEA furniture. A few IKEA items are new and still need to be assembled – you’re welcome to put them together the way you like, and I’m happy to help if needed.
If you need some extra furniture, we can also discuss options.


Rental setup – max 2 tenants

Standard option: 
2 individual tenants
Each pays €900 per month (excluding utilities)

Couple option:
A couple must rent the whole apartment (all 3 rooms)
€1,800 per month (excluding utilities)
Still max 2 people in total
➡️ It is not possible for a couple to rent only the large bedroom for €900 and live there as two people.

Rooms 2 + 3 – two small rooms together (~7 m² + 6 m²)
One small bedroom with a 90 cm single bed and cabinet
One extra room as your private study / office / storage
Always rented together to one person
👉 €900 / month excl. utilities
Perfect if you like to have your own bedroom plus a separate room to study or work from home.


Costs 💶

Rent:
2 tenants: €900 per person per month (excluding utilities)
Couple (whole apartment): €1,800 per month (excluding utilities)

Utilities (estimate): about €100 per person per month
water, electricity, heating, internet, municipal taxes depends on usage – bills are transparent and shared fairly

Deposit: 
1.5 months’ rent
Single tenant: €1,350
Couple (whole apartment): €2,700
