About the place

The house has a shared living room. A beautiful open-plan kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A toilet is in the hallway on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a spacious bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use.
There is also a small garden at the front and a large garden at the back, including a shed.

Location:
The street/neighbourhood is quiet and tidy (Wippolder district). It's the ideal place to concentrate for work and/or study.
Shops are nearby. Delft University of Technology is a stone's throw away. The train station and Delft campus are a 5-minute bike ride away.

Rent includes gas, electricity, water, and wireless internet.

Rent excludes €75 service charge per month, per room.
