Hello room seekers, 

We are Linyi (Chinese-Portuguese) and Wenyi (Chinese) and we might be your future housemates:)

Linyi is in her 2nd year of MSc Architecture and Wenyi is in her 1st year PhD after working in industry. We both identify ourselves as international-minded, social, and responsible for our co-living experience. Chinese, English, Portuguese, and Dutch can be spoken in this apartment ;)

About this room:
  - Located in De Hoven, surrounded by supermarkets, pharmacy, hairdresser, dentists, gym, GP...almost all the life essentials!
  - 5mins biking distance to TUD campus, 10mins biking distance to Central Station. Tram & Bus stops are just downstairs!
  - Furnished 9 square meters, share bathroom, wc, kitchen, dining room and storage rooms with two of us. 
 - Minimal contract from 1 year, extension possible. 
 - Registration Possible :)

Our ideal candidate:
 - Female student, PhD, or Postdoc.
 - Has experience in sharing an international apartment with others. 
 - Values friendly interactions and individual boundaries. 
 - Responsible for cleaning and maintaining our apartment together :)
