About the place

Comfortable student room 5 minutes from Delft centrum en supermarket , with a big garden and near a park, With payed parking spots. 

There are 17 students living in the house. We are a close group of housemates who often spend time together, for example by cooking and eating together. However, for this temporary sublet, we are not looking for someone to fully join the house as an extra housemate, but rather for someone who enjoys living independently, has their own routine, and cooks their own meals.
Of course, you are welcome to use all shared facilities in the house, and we think it is important to maintain a friendly and respectful atmosphere. So we are mainly looking for someone who is independent, but who also fits well within a nice student house.
