About the place

Looking for a room within biking distance of the TU and the city center?
Our roommate is sadly moving out after several years, but lucky for you, that means a room in our apartment is becoming available!
So, who will you be living with?
That would be Rupak (21) and Kilian (26), two friendly guys who study hard but also enjoy their own hobbies. Rupak studies Mechanical Engineering, works out regularly, and tutors on the side. Kilian is in his first year of the MSc in Biomedical Engineering, used to go to the gym frequently before a hernia (is slowly starting it back up), and likes to go out with his camera or go thrifting with friends.
At home, we keep things relaxed, everyone does their own thing but we always find time to hang out together.
The room is 6.5 m² and comes with a foldable desk, a bed (without mattress), a small closest in the room, and an additional built-in closet next to it.
We have a nice kitchen (with a dishwasher), a bathroom with a washer-dryer combo, a spacious living room with a bar, and a balcony that’s perfect from midday to sunset.
The Jumbo supermarket, tram stop, drug store, and ice cream shop are all right around the corner. It’s a 12-minute bike ride to the city center and 10 minutes to the TU.
The rent is €350 including utilities (gas/water/electricity), TV/internet, and optionally a basic-fit subscription.
