About the place

Hello everyone,

I am a working professional who is moving from Utrecht to Delft for work. I went to the viewing and the agent offered me a rental form to fill out. I am looking for someone who wants to become a co-tenant and live with me. The property is located in a new building complex and the monthly rent for two people is 2300 euros (excl. gas/water/internet). The apartment has 8 rooms: 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a shared living room/kitchen and storage rooms (see photos). The location is very convenient (10 minutes from Delft station), which explains the high costs.

About me: I have been living in the Netherlands for the past 4 years without my family. I originally came here to study and am now changing jobs. I finally learned Dutch to be able to talk to agents and thus be able to schedule viewings more effectively.

About you: You are a working professional with a stable income and preferably a permanent contract. You have no family to support and are willing to register with the property. Finally, you live in the Netherlands and can provide a Dutch ID for the application.
