Hi! I'm looking for a female roommate to share my room in Delft. It's a cozy setup where we'd be sharing the bedroom together, plus we have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, and fridge. The place is fully furnished so you can just move right in!

Since we'd be sharing the same room, this works best for someone who's comfortable with close co-living and doesn't mind having a roommate nearby. 

I'm looking for someone who's clean, reliable, and respectful of shared spaces. It's important to me that we can communicate openly and keep things tidy together.

There might be a few small additional costs like water tax, but I'll go over everything clearly with you before we move forward.
