Spacious room available in Delft. Situated 5 min walk from the supermarket and pizzeria if you need that late night snack. Also located 2 mins walk from tram 1 and busses which will take you to central within 10 mins. 

You'll be sharing the room with one other tenant. He's chill and already working. 

The perfect tenant I'm looking for is someone who's planning to stay a while (at least a year), either for studies or work. 
For the rest, I'm looking for the usual stuff. Someone who's clean, doesn't hold loud parties (you can have some people over but nothing crazy) and in general just takes care of their space

For all of this you get a 24m2 room in a quiet neighborhood that's easily connected to the city center if you have the need to go out.
