You will rent directly from the landlord, me.

NOT if you are alone.

We are looking for master students / PHD / PostDoc or other working people.

Two rooms for ONE person each in a monumental building in the city centre of Delft. The building has recently been renovated, you will be the first tenants after renovation.

The spaces you share with your friend are a fully equipped modern bathroom, kitchen, living room and toilet.
One of the rooms has a large private terrace.
You also have the use of a washing machine and dryer and a place inside to put your bike.

Price EACH room: 795 euro excluding utilities, internet and service costs. 
The total price for EACH room including utilities, internet and service costs is 895 euro per month.
So, to be clear, if you and your friend rent the two rooms, you pay 2x 895 euro per month.
