About the place

Dear room hunter!

Unfortunately, our roommate is leaving us as of April 1, leaving a room vacant in Huize Baluster. We are a small house where you will live with 2 roommates. The house is located in the center of Delft, 5 minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes by bike from the university. You will be living with Jasper and Daan. Jasper is 23 years old, studies Computer Engineering and steals the show at pilates in his spare time. Daan is also 23, is currently doing a board year at Thor and will start Biomedical Engineering next year, in his spare time he play rugby and tries to DJ. 

The room is 12.5m2 and in the hall to the room there is a built-in closet of which you can use half. The rent is €500,- exclusive per month. Utilities is €72,- per month and is settled each year according to the consumption.
