About the place

The room is furnished and quite spacious. It has dark blinds (so the morning sun won't wake you up if you don't want to). The shelves and wardrobe that you can see in the pictures will be empty and available for your stuff. 
The apartment has a big living room with newly renovated open kitchen, equipped with everything that is needed: large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, bread machine, pizza maker, large dining table, an electric piano and a big TV to watch some movies together. In total the apartment has 94m². It has a separate toilet and a shower with a bathtub. The rent includes internet, taxes and weekly cleaning of the common spaces. There’s free parking in front of the house, Delft campus station is a 6-minute walk away. Lidl is around the corner, AH and the Hovenpassage with lots of shops are close by as well.
 
We are looking for someone (m/f) who is working or at the end of their studies. There are two pleasant guys from Germany in the apartment. There are  sometimes boardgames nights, share our food and cook together, but that’s up for negotiation. I am on and off in Delft, room is available until October and then in November again.
