About the place

Dear kamerzoekende,

We are looking for a new 5th housemate. We are 4 men between the ages of 23 and 24 and study BK, ME, TPM and NB end of bachelors and masters. 

We are all active at different sportsclubs and active outside of the house.

The room is situated in Tanthof, the south of Delft. The house is a regular family home with a regular kitchen, living room, a sunroom and even a small garden.

The room is ~10 m² and costs 385 per month including w/g/e. Our house is next to tramline 1 and in walking distance from supermarkets, 10 mins biking to university and 15 to the station.

We are looking for an enthusiastic renter that is finishing a bachelor or already started a master, who's tidy and not too loud.
