About the place

We, two mature and professional guys, are looking for a well-educated, decent, clean and tidy, social, communicative MALE guest (non-smoker), fluent in English, preferrably over 30 years old. 

You will have your own room, our guestroom (9m2), see the attached pictures. In total it is a 105m2 apartment, besides that guestroom, there is a master bedroom, kitchen, well equipped bathroom, a big living room and office room, big S/W balcony. The very quiet, light and cozy 4-room apartment is double-glazed HR++. 

Available time: Sept 1, 2025 – July 1, 2026 with possibility of extension depending on the situation. 

The apartment is located in Deft-Zuid 8-10 minutes walking to shopping center De Hoven with AH XL, excellent access to public transportation (15min walking to Delft Campus station, 8-12 minutes’ walk to tram line 1 and 5 minutes to bus station, free parking if you have a car.

Monthly rent: 1150 Euro (VVE service cost included, but electricity, heating, city hall tax excluded) + one month of deposit.
