Huize Tranquilo is looking for three new roommates. We are a mixed house of early bachelor to master students from various studies (BK, WB, LST, LR, TB, IO) who are active in various associations such as Laga, Proteus, Ariston, Obvious, Sint Jansbrug and Scoop.
We are a social, mixed house of 9, with three places available. We like to eat together, have a beer, switch, binge Ex on the Beach or First Dates every now and then, and in the GR there is always someone for a chat. When the weather is nice, we chill by the Schie, and when the weather is bad, we risk, go for a perudoot or cook delicious food. In our palace Aan 't Verlaat we have 2 shared showers, 2 toilets, a large kitchen (with the luxury of a dishwasher), a laundry room (incl. washing machine and dryer!) and a spacious GR. The rooms that become available are all approximately 11 m2 and cost 432 per month (including everything). Furthermore, there is a supermarket within crawling distance and you are in the center within 5 minutes or at the TU in 10 minutes. The flat (Aan 't Verlaat 31) will no longer be rented after December 31, 2024, so keep in mind that the rooms that become available are only available for a few months, and that there will be a lot of moving in the coming period.
Two rooms will become available immediately, one of the rooms will become available mid-November. The photos were taken in the middle of a move, all the other rooms look similar.
