About the place

Nice house in a beautiful village! I have been living here happily for over a year, but the house is too big for me alone! I am looking for a housemate to share the expenses with. 
Preferably temporarily so that you can look for a room in the place you desire, while I can temporarily share the costs.
 You will have your own room and privacy, the rest will be shared. 
Of course, only with the right connection!
The living room is furnished.
Kitchen essentials are also fully present.
 Washing machine + dryer are available.
You will need to fill your own space with a bed / desk.
The contract will be a room rental agreement.You can still register here at this address.
The train station is 200 meters further with good connections to Hengelo / Enschede / Zutphen.
