About the place

The house is a townhouse, located in the east of Rotterdam.
It takes about 20-30 minutes by tram to Erasmus University, or 25 minutes by bike. The environment near the community is very good, with a lakeside park, which is convenient for walking and running. Quiet and safe, the mall is about a 5-minute walk away. There are supermarkets such as AH and Jumbo inside. There is also a market near this business district every Thursday. There is also a shopping district 10 minutes’ walk away with Lidl and Drik supermarkets which offer good quality and low prices.
It is about 30 minutes by tram and 20 minutes by car from the city center, and less than 5 minutes to the bus station and metro station.
There is no need to buy furniture, as all kinds of home appliances, tableware and kitchen utensils are available. You can register your name with the municipal government and there is a free parking space.
The open kitchen, kitchen appliances, living room, shower room, toilet room, garden and storage room are shared.
