Looking for a quiet and tidy tenant for a beautiful, new room in a modern apartment in Capelle aan den IJssel. The property is ideally located, close to Erasmus University and with excellent transport connections.

Requirements
We prefer a Chinese tenant, as the first 6 months will involve co-living with my parents. Since my parents have limited Dutch/ English language skills, a common language (e.g., Chinese) is important for good communication and a pleasant living environment.

- Someone who takes good care of the property and leaves everything tidy.

- 7 minutes by bike to Erasmus University.
- 30 minutes walking or 25 minutes by public transport.
- 10 minutes walking distance from Capelse Brug metro station.
- 7 minutes walking distance from a supermarket.

- The room comes with a private lock and keys for privacy and security.
- The apartment is newly built, so you will be the first tenant, and everything is spotless.
- The room is equipped with a new bed frame, mattress, wardrobe, desk, and chair.
- The living room will be furnished soon, so there is space for shared use.
