Looking for a comfortable place to live in Rotterdam? This bright and spacious private floor is perfect for a student or young professional! You’ll have your own living and sleeping area, desk, TV, double bed, wardrobe, fridge, private sink, as well as access to a washing machine and dryer. The room is lockable and located on the top floor of the house.

Please note: this is a hospita-style rental.
You will be living in the same house as me, the owner. We share the home, and every other week, my 4-year-old child stays with me. The bathroom (with shower & bathtub) and the kitchen are shared with housemates.

Registration at the address is not included. If you wish to register at the address, an additional fee of €150 per month applies, and the maximum stay is 6 months.

No guests or sleepovers allowed (e.g. boyfriends, friends)
