Sublet starting next month November till June 2026. Only 1 person, no couples

We are looking for a new female housemate for our calm, lovely house. You are 24-33 years old and working full-time, easy-going, clean, responsible and non-smoker. Price is 1088 + 50 utilities. Wifi + taxes are included. 1 month deposit required. 


The house is situated 1 minute from metrostation “Schenkel” (2 stops to Erasmus University). Since we are so close to the metro, it is very convenient to move around in Rotterdam. 11 min to the city center. Located in a residential area the surroundings are very green and quiet. Kralingse Plas is a 15 min bike ride away. 3 supermarkets in the vicinity. The room has a lot of daylight thanks to the large windows. Room is completely furnished, so you can move in with right away. The apartment is equipped with a new kitchen with all the appliances. Bonus: free parking in front of the house. You will be renting the former living room with its own shower and small kitchenette. Room comes completely furnished.

About us:
We are a mixed international house (3 girls from Korea, Romania and Turkey between 23-30 years). We are all working full-time, and are therefore quite busy during the week. Hence, we would prefer you have the same lifestyle. We value cleanliness & tidiness around the house. Therefore we are looking for someone who are conscious about sharing and respecting the spaces with your housemates. You are considerate, quiet and empathic.
