About the place

Hi! My name is Sophie and I'm looking for a roommate for my lovely apartment in Capelle aan de IJsel, super close to the Erasmus University. I am graduating this summer and moving on to working life. Both students and working people are welcome as a roommate. 

I love meeting up with friends, going out for drinks and reading. I'm looking for a nice roommate that I get along with well, but who also does her own thing. 

The apartment has been renovated in 2021 and is equipped with a new kitchen (with a dishwasher) as well as a brand new bathroom (2024). 

The room is about 16 square meters and comes furnished. A double bed (different from pictures), closet, desk, lamps and chairs are provided. There is also a lock on the bedroom door for a little extra privacy. 

The apartment is a two-minute walk from metro Schenkel, which means you're in the city centre in no time and at Kralingse Zoom in 5 minutes. If you prefer taking the bike, it takes about 15 minutes to get to uni. You can stall your bike in our storage unit. 

The monthly payment comes to 700 euros total, including electricity, water, heating and internet. Registration is possible.
