About the place

Hi! My name is Iris, and I’m renting out my cozy room in the lovely Ginneken for a period of five months. Ginneken is without a doubt the most beautiful area of Breda: a charming and peaceful neighborhood, but with plenty of liveliness and greenery around. From here, it’s just a 10-minute bike ride or a 20-minute walk to the city center of Breda.

What does the room offer?
The room is fully furnished, so you only need to bring your belongings and can immediately settle in. Here’s what’s included:

Ginneken truly has it all. You’ll be living in a charming area with quaint streets, great restaurants, and cozy cafés. There’s also a beautiful park nearby where you can go for a walk or enjoy some exercise. Plus, the bustling city center of Breda is just a short ride or walk away.
