About the place

Are you looking for a cozy place to live in Breda? 
Starting April 1, 2025, a room will be available in my maisonette apartment in Haagse Beemden, near the Heksenwiel shopping center!

About the room and the apartment:
•	The room is 12 m² and already has a bed, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
•	You’ll have access to all household facilities and items, including the kitchen (with cookware), fridge, washing machine, and dryer.
•	The apartment, including a balcony (97 m²), is spacious, bright, and has a welcoming atmosphere.

About me:
I’m 26 years old, have been living in this apartment for 2 years, and work full-time. I work out daily and enjoy keeping the house tidy. I like occasionally sharing meals or doing activities together but also value personal space.

What I’m looking for in a housemate:
•	Someone who is social, tidy, and responsible.
•	Either working or studying (full-time or part-time).
•	Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Practical information:
•	Rent: €580,- including utilities (gas/water/electricity) and Wi-Fi.
•	Available from: April 1, 2025.
•	Rental period: Minimum 6 months, extension possible in consultation.
•	Location: Haagse Beemden, Breda, within walking distance of shops and public transport.
