About the place

We offer a bright living room and bedroom on the second floor of a beautiful and spacious house in a quiet residential area of Breda. The room has a parquet floor and is fitted with window coverings. The landing provides access to the private walk-in closet. The room measures 25 m2. The spacious, luxurious kitchen is shared with three housemates. The toilet on the ground floor and the bathroom with shower on the second floor are shared with two housemates. There is space in the enclosed garden to park a bicycle or scooter. There is parking available for a car on the street (no paid parking). For the additional fee mentioned, you can also make use of television and internet (fiber optic), as well as the washer-dryer combination. We are looking for a female tenant (this is a strict requirement) who preferably speaks Dutch. We are looking for a tenant with a calm personality and a serious attitude towards life, who intends to stay for a longer period. The rooms will be available from mid December, 2026.
