About the place

We are offering two rooms opposite each other on the first floor of a beautiful and spacious house in a quiet residential area of Breda. One room is located on the street side and has a built-in wardrobe, while the other is located on the garden side. Both rooms open onto the landing and are carpeted and fitted with window coverings. The combined area of the two rooms is 29 m2. The main tenant also has her bedroom and her private bathroom on the first floor. The spacious, luxurious kitchen is shared with three housemates. The toilet on the ground floor and the bathroom with shower on the second floor are shared with two housemates. There is space in the enclosed garden to park a bicycle or scooter. There is parking available for a car on the street (no paid parking). For the additional fee mentioned, you can also make use of television and internet (fiber optic), as well as the washer-dryer combination. We are looking for a female tenant (this is a strict requirement) who preferably speaks Dutch. We are looking for a tenant with a calm personality and a serious attitude towards life, who intends to stay for a longer period. The rooms will be available from January 17, 2027.
