Room at the Nieuwe Haagdijk in Breda
We have a well maintained room for rent at the Nieuwe Haagdijk in Breda. The Nieuwe Haagdijk is a pleasant shopping street. When you follow the street, you are in the center of Breda within a few minutes. A cosy, but bustling historic city.
The Central Station can be reached within 10 minutes by bike and a bus stop is almost in front of the door. Parking options are available, but you must apply for a parking permit from the Municipality of Breda. Universities of applied sciences can be reached within 15 minutes by bike.
The surface of the room is approximately 14sqm. You share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet with the roommates. In addition, you share a balcony.
The room is intended for a maximum of 1 student. Pets are not allowed.
The rent is € 600,- including G/W/L and service costs per month. The deposit is twice the rent.  Rental allowance is not possible.
Submitting a valid student registration is mandatory for this location. Only students are allowed to live here.
