Through the shared entrance you enter this beautiful mansion (monument) from 1898. 
On the ground floor is the kitchen and shared toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a private pantry for you.
On the first floor the bathroom is located. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, double sink and high mirror. At the back of the bathroom is a separate space where the toilet, the washing machine and dryer are located. This is for shared use. 
The semi- studio/room is located on the second floor. This renovated room is insulated and consists of two floors. The lower floor can be furnished as a living room and study area and is equipped with an electric fireplace, desk and sofa bed. The mezzanine (higher floor) is intended for sleeping space, you cannot stand completely upright here. The lower floor is 22m² and the mezzanine is 10m2. The room is equipped with air conditioning for heating and cooling. There is also a built-in electric fireplace that provides you extra warmth in the winter. The room is furnished. On this floor there is also a toilet and sink including base cabinets. And on this floor there is also a refrigerator and microwave/oven for shared use. 
The room is located in a very popular location in Breda city center. The BUAS (Breda University for Applied Science), the center and station are within walking distance.
