About the place

Girl house located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Breda with easy access to busses, a 15min bike ride away from the train station and is a walking distance from a shopping center. The house has a backyard and a shed to park bikes. The room is on the ground floor.
No smoking or pets allowed. Registration is, of course, possible.
The room is for sublease until the end of my contract (end of July 2024) as I found accommodation closer to where I study. After that a 1+ year contract can be negotiated with the landlord ahead of time to secure the location for the following academic year as well.
