About the place

I, Anneke, (female, 36 years old, working) live in a suburb of Breda (Haagse Beemden) with my cat Indah (9.5 years old) and dog Luna (15-month-old Swiss White Shepherd).

I have a lovely house with two bedrooms (I rent out the larger one) and a bathroom with a bathtub. The supermarket (Lidl) is less than a 5-minute walk away, Breda-Prinsenbeek station is a 10-minute walk away, bus stops are less than a 5-minute walk away, and the highway is also just a few minutes away. Free parking is available at my street. The city center is a 20-25 minute bike ride away. The polder, the green area of ​​the neighborhood, and the Asterd lake are also within easy reach.

I rent out a spacious and furnished room on the first floor. We share the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet downstairs, and you are welcome to use the garden. You can store a bicycle in the shed. The living room is in general not for common use, but only when we want to eat together, catch up over a cup of tea, or if we want to watch a movie together.

The rent is €600 and includes utilities, internet and cleaning costs (Monika cleans the house once every 2 weeks).

I'm looking for a friendly, quiet roommate who has her own life (study/work, friends, sports, etc.) and who isn't allergic to - or afraid of - animals. When I'm on vacation, it would be nice if you could give the cat some food and water.
