The room is situated in an excellent location: within walking and cycling distance of both Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas) and Avans University of Applied Sciences. Breda Central Station and the lively city centre are also just minutes away. The house is centrally yet quietly located, with good public transport connections and all necessary facilities nearby.

🛏️ Room and Facilities
The room is fully furnished and equipped with, among other things, a bed and a desk. If desired, the furniture can be adjusted or expanded in consultation.
You will share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet with other housemates.
Internet (WiFi) is available and included in the rent.

💶 Rent and Conditions
The rent is € 585 per month, including:

The security deposit is two months’ rent.
