About the place

Dear room seekers!
From October forward we have a free room in our beautiful house. The room is approximately 15m2. You are preferably 23+. Rent is 720 (included) per month. It’s for 6 months but there might be an option to extend.
Both woman and men have lived here.  At the moment there lives a guy 32 and a guy of 33. We do our own thing and keep it calm but we do like music. We’re looking for someone who does the same.
The room is on de second floor and has windows on both sides. Outside the room there is some space for clothing and other stuff. There is space enough for a big bed and a couch. The house has everything you want: a large living room, 2 toilets, a bathroom with bathtub! A large kitchen. A big garden, with a built in BBQ.
We live in the ‘ambachtenwijk’ in the ‘Princenhage. It’s about 15mn by bike to the city centre. There is also small centre nearby with supermarkets and a bar, it’s a 10mn walk.
