About the place

Our house is located in the middle of a residential area with friendly neighbors that you can always rely on if necessary. It is a 5 minute bike ride to St. Lucas and about 10 minutes to the station. At about 3 minutes by bike there is a small shopping center with a Jumbo and a cafeteria if you don't feel like cooking :)

I would like to tell you what our house looks like, but it is of course always better to come and take a look yourself, possibly with your parents, so that you get a good impression of our house.

All rooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) and the kitchen are furnished, upholstered and decorated. The rental price also includes all costs of gas, water, electricity, digital TV and internet.

The rooms are equipped with laminate, book and wardrobe and slats or curtains.

The shared shower is a walk-in shower with glass walls and even towels are provided.

On top of the landing is a washing machine for shared use and there is also a drying rack and an ironing board with iron. Adjacent to the landing there is a shared balcony that is equipped with a table with 4 chairs.

The shared kitchen has a gas stove with oven, refrigerator with 3 freezer drawers and is fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery, even tea and towels are provided.

Room now for rent is on the top floor (20m2) and is equipped with a single bed with a good mattress, a rug, various storage cupboards, a large desk with chair and various lamps, in short: you can move in right away!
