Hi all, 

My roommate is leaving next March 1 and therefore I am looking for a new roommate.

I am looking for a quiet, social, clean and flexible person, who values a clean house and someone who does not use drugs, does not smoke and does not drink excessively.
 
Temporary rental is possible but perhaps longer (by agreement).
It is 74m2 which we share together. Apartment is furnished, 1 high, with balcony, incl wifi. Bed, desk, nightstand and chair are newly purchased in november 2024.

700 euro per month + one time deposit 1000 euro
