Flat with balcony, near Beverhof and Beverwijk station. 

Furnished but unfurnished also possible (on request)

I am a quiet young man of 39 years old, working full-time. I do not use alcohol, tobacco or drugs. 

I am looking for a quiet flatmate, with sufficient social and communication skills to live pleasantly with. 

Unfortunately NOT suitable for pets, children or couples, groups of friends etc.
