About the place

For rent from approx. May 1, 2025: newly built independent student studio.


In Beuningen on the Slottuin in the beautiful Donjon building some completely renovated studios will become available.


The studio has its own pantry kitchen, shower and toilet. The common area has fully equipped kitchen and shared laundry facilities. 


In time, the studios will be integrated into a care provider. Until then, they are temporarily available for (working) students.


The studio will be delivered bare but with flooring and the photos are for reference. The delivery date (May 1) is subject to change.


There are still 2 studios available:

- studio #6 for 24 months (requirement; you are support resident*)

- studio #7 for 4 months

Conditions:

- Temporary lease for students

- maximum 1 person

- no smoking

- no pets

- deposit equal to 1 month's rent


* Support residents have the following characteristics:


- You make contact with others easily

- You can address and support fellow residents

- You communicate clearly and are responsible

- You are present at least one day and night on weekends, plus several evenings

during the week.

Support residents help Residential Care DWI. Woonzorg DWI is a small-scale organization that offers

assisted living to (young) adults who need support in their

development towards independence.
