Are you looking for comfortable living quarters with private facilities and the opportunity to meet others? At this location, we offer non-self-contained rooms with additional communal facilities.

Your Living Space

Private facilities: A personal bedroom/living room with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Shared spaces: For every 7 units, there is a shared living room and kitchen where you can cook and gather together.

Laundry facilities: A laundry room is available, shared among 14 units.

Temporary Rental

We offer temporary living spaces as we gradually place residents from our target group. As a result, rental contracts have varying durations depending on availability and planning.

Would you like to stay longer and make a difference for others? You can do so as a support resident with a two-year rental contract.

Support Resident Profile:

You easily connect with others.
You can address and support fellow residents.
You communicate clearly and responsibly.
You are present for at least one day and night during the weekend, plus several evenings during the week.
Who Are We?

Woonzorg DWI is a small-scale organization providing supported living for (young) adults who need assistance in their journey toward independence. Residents work on their personal growth for two years, aiming to transition to independent living.
