As of December 1st, a nice room will be available in a semi-detached house in Best (Batadorp). Your co-resident/landlord is a 40-year-old man of Dutch descent born in Eindhoven.
The available room is 6m2 and is furnished (bed/wardrobe and desk). The rent is €475,- including everything (wifi, water and energy costs as well). The house is modern and in good condition: there are solar panels, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There is a spacious living kitchen, living room and bathroom must be shared with me.
